# Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: October 4, 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to bookings and purchases made through AURA AND ART LLC (“Aura and Art,” “we,” or “us”). Please review them before completing your booking or purchase.

### 1. Our Services

Aura and Art offers sound baths, tarot readings, art classes, intuitive painted intentions, artwork, metaphysical retail products, and event services.

Sound baths and spiritual offerings are intended for relaxation, personal reflection, creative expression, and spiritual exploration. They are not substitutes for medical treatment, mental health care, or professional legal or financial advice.

Tarot readings offer interpretations for reflection, not guaranteed predictions. Intuitive painted intentions are personalized artistic expressions inspired by the feelings and intentions you share. We do not guarantee particular healing, manifestation, emotional, or life outcomes.

### 2. Booking & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Your appointment is confirmed when payment has been received and a booking confirmation has been issued.

Please review your selected service, appointment time, contact details, and participant count before completing your booking. Prices and applicable taxes or fees will be disclosed before payment.

Virtual appointments are priced the same as in-person appointments.

### 3. Cancellations & Refunds

For an original appointment that has not previously been rescheduled, cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for your choice of:

- A refund;

- Credit toward a future booking; or

- A one-time rescheduling.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment and missed appointments are nonrefundable.

If an emergency prevents you from attending, contact Julia directly at julia@auraandart.com as soon as possible. Emergency exceptions may be considered individually and are not guaranteed.

### 4. One-Time Rescheduling

You may reschedule an appointment once, provided you contact us at least 24 hours before its scheduled start time. Your payment will transfer to the replacement appointment.

Once an appointment has been rescheduled, it cannot be rescheduled again and is no longer eligible for a refund, even if you cancel more than 24 hours before the replacement appointment. Cancellation of the replacement appointment does not create eligibility for a new booking credit.

For example, if an October 10 appointment is moved to October 15, the October 15 appointment is the final booking and cannot be moved again.

Emergency requests must be directed to julia@auraandart.com for individual consideration.

### 5. Late Arrivals & Provider Cancellations

Please arrive on time. Late arrival may shorten your session so that other appointments can begin as scheduled. We do not provide refunds for time missed due to late arrival.

Missed appointments are treated as late cancellations and are nonrefundable, subject to individual consideration of emergencies.

If Aura and Art cancels your appointment, you may choose a refund for the canceled service or an available replacement appointment. This applies even if you previously rescheduled.

### 6. Couples & Group Appointments

Couples and group rates apply to the number of participants included in the selected booking. Please contact us before adding participants; additional charges and capacity restrictions may apply.

Private sound baths accommodate a maximum of five participants, including the person making the booking.

### 7. Children & Parent or Guardian Consent

All services are available to children with parent or legal guardian consent. Every participant under 18 must have parent or legal guardian consent before receiving services. Children’s art classes are available for ages five and older unless otherwise stated.

Drop-off is permitted for children’s art classes. Parents or guardians must provide accurate emergency contact information, remain reachable during class, and arrange for pickup promptly when class ends.

Please notify us beforehand if someone other than the parent or guardian will collect the child.

### 8. Participation & Studio Conduct

Participation is voluntary. You may request an adjustment, take a break, or stop participating at any time.

Please let us know about accessibility needs, relevant allergies, or sensory sensitivities that may affect participation. We will discuss available accommodations with you. If you are unsure whether an activity is appropriate for your health circumstances, consult a qualified healthcare professional beforehand.

Follow instructions for the safe use of supplies, instruments, and equipment. Art activities may stain clothing, so please dress appropriately.

Treat instructors, guests, artwork, instruments, and the shared studio respectfully. We may pause or end a session if behavior is threatening, harassing, unsafe, or substantially disruptive. Any refund determination will reflect the circumstances, services provided, and applicable law.

### 9. Intuitive Painted Intentions & Custom Artwork

Full payment is required before work begins. Once payment is made, custom artwork and intuitive painted intentions orders cannot be canceled and are nonrefundable, except as required by law or otherwise stated in these terms.

Each piece is an original artistic interpretation of the feelings, intentions, and preferences you share. A particular visual result or exact reproduction is not guaranteed. Any specific requirements or revision arrangements must be agreed upon before payment.

In-person intuitive painted intentions typically take approximately 30 minutes. Timing may vary with the request and session circumstances. For orders requiring shipping, creation and delivery estimates will be communicated separately.

Completed custom pieces are not returnable for changes of mind or personal preference. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will refund payment for the unfulfilled order.

### 10. Retail Sales

All retail sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, including unopened or unused products.

If an item is defective, damaged when supplied, or incorrect, contact julia@auraandart.com promptly so we can discuss an appropriate resolution. This final-sale policy does not limit rights or remedies provided by applicable law.

Metaphysical and spiritual product descriptions refer to symbolic or traditional uses and do not promise medical benefits or specific outcomes.

### 11. Pickup & Shipping

Studio pickup is our preferred fulfillment method.

Shipping is available only for intuitive painted intentions and is handled through UPS. Other physical retail items are available for studio pickup only.

For shipped orders, shipping charges, delivery details, and estimated timing will be communicated before payment. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, contact julia@auraandart.com so we can assist with a resolution.

### 12. Event Bookings

Events are subject to our separate Event Booking Policies, including any event-specific payment, cancellation, travel, setup, and participant requirements.

Those policies will be provided before an event booking is confirmed. Where they differ from these general terms, the event-specific terms apply to that event.

### 13. Virtual Appointments & Recording

Virtual appointments follow the same payment, cancellation, and rescheduling policies as in-person appointments. Clients are responsible for arranging a suitable device, internet connection, and private setting.

If technical difficulties arise, contact us promptly so we can assess the issue and discuss an appropriate solution.

Sessions are not routinely recorded. If we wish to photograph or record a session for promotional content, we will obtain the client’s separate consent beforehand. For participants under 18, parent or legal guardian consent is required.

Please obtain permission before photographing or recording instructors or other participants.

### 14. Artwork & Website Content

Unless separately agreed in writing, purchasing artwork transfers ownership of the physical piece, not its copyright or commercial reproduction rights.

Aura and Art’s original website text, artwork, photographs, and other protected content may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission, except where permitted by law.

### 15. Privacy

Please see our separate Privacy Policy for information about how personal information is collected, used, and handled.

We use Squarespace and Square to support our website, bookings, and payments. Their applicable terms and privacy policies also govern the use of their services.

Please respect other participants’ privacy during couples, group, and event sessions. We cannot guarantee confidentiality of information shared in front of other participants.

### 16. Pricing & Promotions

Prices may change for future purchases. Changes do not affect confirmed bookings or completed purchases.

Opening offers, couples pricing, and other promotions apply only according to the dates, eligibility requirements, and conditions disclosed at booking or checkout.

### 17. Concerns & Consumer Rights

If there is a problem with your purchase or experience, please contact us at julia@auraandart.com so we can discuss a resolution.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

### 18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date. Updates apply to future bookings and purchases. Existing bookings and purchases remain subject to the terms accepted when they were made, unless we mutually agree otherwise.
